What items can I store?

Walk-In Closet plans are perfect for boxes, misc. items, and medium furniture items (chairs, chest of drawers, etc.)

Are my items insured?

Yes, we carry basic insurance on your things. Items placed in climate-controlled storage are covered at a rate of $0.60/lb.

How much are deliveries?

Pickup and return delivery of all items is $175/trip for 30 minutes onsite. Partial deliveries start at $80/trip. 

Are there any other charges?

Unlike self-storage, there are no administrative fees. Cancellations with less than 72-hour notice are $55, while same-day cancellations are $100.

What is the 3-month minimum?

Your plan has a 3 month storage minimum, but you can get your stuff back whenever you want. If you need an item back before the 3 months are up, we'll just charge you for the remaining time.

How will I be charged?

Storage is charged monthly anniversary date to the credit card on file. Pickup and delivery are charged up to 48-hours in advance.
