What items can I store?
We store most anything as long as it adheres to our storage rules. We don't take items that are hazardous, flammable, alive or illegal.

Are my items insured?
Yes, we carry basic insurance on your things. Items placed in climate-controlled storage are covered at a rate of $0.60/lb.
How much are deliveries?
Bin deliveries are $25 per trip.
Are there any other charges?
Unlike self-storage, there are no administrative fees. Pickups are free for stays 6 months or longer. Keep in mind, if any item is heavier than 50 lbs or bulky, we'll need to bring another laborer to protect our team. Additional labor is $55/hour.
What is the 3-month minimum?
Your plan has a 3 month storage minimum, but you can get your stuff back whenever you want. If you need an item back before the 3 months are up, we'll just charge you for the remaining time.
What fits in a bin?
Bins measure 27"x17"x13" and hold 3 cubic feet. The can store 12 pairs of shoes, 30 shirts or 60 books, but keep them under 50 lbs.
